The councilor of the area, Nuria Marrero, highlights the importance of an initiative like this in the municipality, since “it is a very well worked program since its inception and has a positive influence on equal opportunities for the children of our municipality”.

Under the title “We Can!”, the ASPAYM Association Principality of Asturias, has been selected among several projects in the 2015 call of the Social Work “La CAIXA” which aims to promote independent living, autonomy and quality of life of people in a situation of dependence.
The beneficiaries of the training and pre-employment project will be people with intellectual, physical, sensory or mental disabilities. It is expected to favor the personal autonomy of 30 people and to improve the needs of the family environment in more than 120 indirect beneficiaries.
The agreement was signed today and will be in force until November 30, 2016. Three training actions will be developed with the aim of achieving the labor insertion of people in a situation of dependence.
