Attention: due to the technological integration between CaixaBank and Bankia, Bizum will stop working for Bankia customers between Friday 12th and Monday 15th November. From Monday, it will only be possible to operate through the CaixaBank app.

If you have an Android phone, and you want to use NFC technology, you only have to select the card you want to use, in the ‘Mobile Payment’ section of your own smartphone. The other option would be Bizum, which you will need to activate in your Bankia app.

You can pay simply by bringing your cell phone close to the payment terminal or dataphone. It is also possible to make payments if you know the phone number or email of the person to whom you want to transfer money.

There is no Bizum Bankia application as such. To access this service we must activate it in the bank’s own mobile application. Bizum does not work as an application, but as a payment method between cell phones.

Si, por el contrario, los problemas persisten, puedes escribirnos y te ayudaremos en todo lo posible.

La solución más fácil es que te pongas en contacto con la persona a la que has enviado el dinero por error, para que te lo devuelva. En cualquier caso, también puedes ponerte en contacto con tu banco para que te asesore sobre los casos en los que puedes solicitar la devolución.

La operación de migración de los clientes de Bankia a Caixabank, la mayor llevada a cabo hasta la fecha en el sistema financiero español, generará algunas incidencias para los clientes de la entidad absorbida, pero se espera que esté completada al 100% el próximo lunes.

Este viernes, tras el cierre oficial de todas las oficinas (15:00 horas), los clientes de Bankia podrán acceder a su banca digital -vía web y móvil- y consultar su saldo, pero no podrán realizar operaciones. Tampoco se actualizará el registro de movimientos en el caso de que el cliente realice operaciones con tarjeta o extracciones en el cajero.

Cuando concluya la fase de migración, previsiblemente el sábado por la noche, tanto la web de Bankia como la aplicación de banca móvil serán redirigidas automáticamente a la web comercial de CaixaBank y a las aplicaciones CaixaBankNow e imagine.
