Flow dance school

The standard rate of our school is indicative and corresponds to 4 classes of a standard month. However in Pole&Roll each month you will be charged for the classes you have (holidays are not paid and some months you will have 3 classes, others 4, others 5…) at a proportional price.  If a student does not wish to attend the whole month, he/she can pay for the individual classes at a slightly higher price.

In months with 5 weeks the student will pay for the 5th class at a proportional price.  If the month has 3 weeks of classes (because one of them coincides with a holiday) 3 classes will be charged, although there is always the possibility of taking a fourth class choosing another schedule (important when you want to compute the 8 classes necessary for a discount).

The 10 class vouchers have a slightly higher price. Their advantage lies in the flexibility of class consumption. They are designed for people with scheduling problems. It is important to note that they must be spent in 4 months, the reservation of classes is subject to time availability and once a bonus class is booked it cannot be cancelled (failure to attend, justified or not, means the loss of that class).

En mis clases de Pole aprendemos hermosas secuencias y técnica incorporando flotadores, giros, movimientos al revés, transiciones y trabajo de base. Es una forma de arte increíble que se vuelve adictiva desde el primer día, y una forma divertida de mejorar tu fuerza, coordinación y flexibilidad.

Exótico es la rama del pole que se centra en la sensualidad. A través de transiciones hipnóticas, trabajos en el suelo y movimientos alrededor de la base del tubo, descubrirás una faceta diferente del baile del tubo y de tu propio movimiento. Bailamos con tacones altos de plataforma, prestando mucha atención al trabajo de puntas y a la técnica de los tacones. Puedes venir sin zapatos, aunque pronto querrás tenerlos. Trae rodilleras! Esta clase es una fusión entre la danza y el pole. Nos enfocamos en aprender una coreografía completa de un estilo diferente cada mes, explorando la musicalidad, la técnica y el estilo personal. Exploramos todo tipo de estilos, desde el delicado y lento hasta el estilo diva femme y el hip hop. En la Poleografía, el baile es el aspecto más importante, así que no es necesario que sepas invertir o realizar trucos complejos para unirte a nosotros. ¡Trae rodilleras!
