Colombia and Canada signed a memorandum of understanding in which they agreed on the production of vaccines in the national territory. The signing took place between the Colombian entity Vaxthera and the Canadian health research company Providence Therapeutics.
The new commercial route Bucaramanga – San Andres will start operating today, December 16. The route will have two weekly frequencies on Thursdays and Saturdays, connecting the capital of Santander with the archipelago.

A model for the management of yesterday’s archive that becomes a laboratory for simultaneously investigating today’s injustices. Despite Santos’ Nobel Peace Prize, current President Ivan Duque and former President Alvaro Uribe continue to troll and sabotage his legacy. But fortunately there are many agents who remind us that historical memory only makes sense if it is also critical memory of the present.
For research to lead to irrefutable conclusions and for its communication to penetrate social consciousness, the analytical and narrative devices must be scientific, solid, sophisticated and beautiful. The methodology of Forensic Architecture -which after its projects on the violation of the human rights of the indigenous people of Ecuador, the murder of Oscar Perez in Venezuela or the mass disappearance of students in Ayotzinapa, Mexico, allies for the first time with a Latin American truth commission- ensures the ethical and aesthetic forcefulness of the final piece.
