The Government of Navarre has approved in its session this Wednesday the draft amendment to the law of Local Finance of Navarre to include in it a change in relation to the tax on the increase in value of land of urban nature, known as the municipal capital gains tax.
The spokesman of the Government of Navarre, Javier Remírez, has informed this Wednesday that the Transfer Board for the transfer of the traffic competence to the Autonomous Community will not be able to take place on December 1st, as planned, “due to the need of other matters that have to be carried out before the meeting of the Transfer Board”.
